# PStack Causal Truth Foundation — Handoff

## Purpose

Give future agents a compact, machine-verifiable way to identify the first missing transition instead of rereading programme history or inferring from proxies.

## What this bundle contains

- a closed-world evidence contract;
- a seal/verify/diff/handoff CLI;
- hostile tests;
- a dependency-checked programme work graph;
- architecture and operating runbook;
- validation receipts and SHA-256 manifest;
- a repository-applicable patch.

No consumer should enforce the new format until the foundation has merged and shadow comparisons show no unexplained disagreement with existing authorities.

## First wave after PSTACK-000

1. `PSTACK-110` — shadow-adopt process identity and bounded procfs results.
2. `PSTACK-310` — emit one admission-to-merge process vector.
3. `PSTACK-410` — capture natural sustained-stream truth for Longhorn/Git/GHCR.
4. `PSTACK-420` — trace one critical alert to acknowledgement.

## Non-claims

- This bundle did not mutate production infrastructure.
- It did not replace Mode S, Butler, Longhorn, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Beads, or Agent Mail.
- It did not prove the GitHub branch or PR was published. The provider delivery status included in the bundle records that the earlier publication attempt failed because the execution environment had no authenticated GitHub CLI.
- It does not authorize enforcement before shadow agreement.
